Sales Representative
Alliance values autonomy, flexibility, and long-term relationships — both with customers and within our team. We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative in Columbus, Ohio.
The ideal candidate understands dealer and contractor relationships, territory growth, and the realities of the hardscape and building materials industry.
This role is well-aligned for a self-directed sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building long-term partnerships, leading trainings, and helping customers solve real-world problems — and one who doesn't mind a lot of travel throughout Ohio and Western Virginia.
Our sales team is encouraged to take ownership of their territory and approach growth creatively with strong support from leadership and marketing.

Hardscape Dealers
Paver Manufacturers
Hardscape and Masonry Contractors
Responsibilities Include:
Growing existing accounts and developing new business
Supporting dealer and contractor relationships throughout Ohio
Leading product trainings and hands-on demonstrations
Representing Alliance at trade shows and industry events
Helping customers troubleshoot and succeed in the field

Ideal Background:
Building materials, hardscape, landscape supply, or contractor-focused sales
Comfortable presenting to groups (20+) and leading trainings
Able to handle field challenges professionally and confidently
Self-managed, organized, and comfortable working independently
Travel Expectations:
Heavy seasonal travel during peak training and trade show periods
Overnight travel 1–2 nights per week as needed
Annual company meeting in Montreal
Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 base salary
Commission + bonus opportunity
$1,100/month vehicle allowance
Health, dental, and 401(k)
Must have valid driver's license and passport.
