The Gator Lock System is engineered to deliver durable, permeable hardscape installations. Register your completed project with Alliance Gator to document your installation, access dedicated support, and apply for warranty coverage.
By registering your project, you can:
Qualify for Warranty Coverage: Apply for our 10-Year Residential or 1-Year Commercial Limited Warranty, subject to eligibility requirements and approval.
Access Local Project Support: Connect with your local Alliance Gator sales representative for project-specific assistance.
Receive an Official Registration Certificate: Obtain documentation from Alliance Gator confirming your project's registration.
Before You Begin
Complete all sections of the registration form and provide the requested project details and supporting documentation.
Once submitted, our Technical Support Team will review your information and contact you if additional documentation or clarification is required.

Warranty Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for Gator Lock warranty coverage, your project must meet the following requirements:

Vehicular applications are eligible for residential warranty coverage only. Commercial vehicular applications are not covered.

A soil test must be performed, and results must meet the requirements for installation of the Gator Lock System.

The Gator Lock System must be installed over a properly constructed, free-draining base.

With the exception of Xturf and Rock Bond installations, projects must incorporate all three of the following Alliance Gator products:
Gator Aqua Base Pre-Mix
Gator Fusion Bond
Gator Nitro or Nitro-X

The foundation must be load-bearing and water-permeable, constructed in accordance with ICPI Tech Spec 18, including:
Pedestrian Applications: Well-compacted 3/4" (2 cm) clean stone.
Vehicular Applications: Well-compacted 3/4" (2 cm) clean stone, with an additional layer of well-compacted 2" (5 cm) clean stone.

Important: Submission of a project registration does not automatically guarantee warranty coverage. All registrations are subject to technical review, verification of installation requirements, and applicable warranty terms and conditions.
